Returns/Exchanges


Printful (our print-on-demand product fulfillment platform) doesn’t take returns or exchanges unless the problem with an order is their error. The product you ordered cannot be re-sold, since Printful doesn’t keep inventory. All other returns and exchanges come out of our pocket. As a very small operation, we can’t offer returns or exchanges unless Printful sent you the wrong size, design, or color. So, please check your order carefully before submitting it.


If you were sent the wrong product and would like to request a return or exchange, get in touch with us at shopbizarro@gmail.com. You’ll need to mail us the product, and we’ll either order you a new one and have it shipped to you directly or arrange a refund.


Shipping


Why haven't I received a shipment email notification?

The shop platform we use doesn’t give us the option to send automated shipping emails. We understand it can be nerve-wracking to wait with no updates, so we’re happy to send you tracking information if you request it. We hope to fix this in the future, but for now, we’ll have to do it the old-fashioned way.


My pin arrived in the mail, but where's the rest of my order?

We keep an inventory of pins and ship them ourselves, whereas all our other products are printed and shipped when you order them, by a company called Printful. So you’ll receive your pins directly from us and other products from Printful’s fulfillment center.
